Job summary

Businessolver is recruiting a Senior Client Services Manager in the United States to lead a client-focused team delivering on strategic initiatives. You will participate in client meetings, ensure timely delivery, and drive performance through daily reviews, metrics, and proactive risk management.

You will coach team members, manage capacity, and collaborate on projects with senior leaders to ensure quality service and on-time results.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of direct industry or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years team lead/management experience.
• Experience with delegation, directing and leading change.
• Experience in managing quality and a customer service mindset.
• Strong leadership communication and result-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings including escalation discussions.
• Ensure team is executing on client activity and engaging stakeholders.
• Review and analyze performance of client deliverables daily.
• Ensure team meets productivity metrics and volume targets.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement for clients and role.
• Provide operational performance reports to client leadership weekly.
• Collaborate on special projects with Directors and AVP's.
• Oversee team queues and set due dates in Clarizen/Client Desk.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and communicate business initiatives.
• Develop team members through regular 1:1s and coaching.
