Job summary

Proof is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to run the Western client operations function, overseeing 3–5 managers in a scalable, company-wide model. The role is remote (West Coast) or onsite in Southfield, MI, with hours aligned to PT and West Coast business times.

You will own the operating framework, drive SLA and cost targets, and lead cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, Product, Marketplace, and Legal. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations experience, including 2+ years managing managers.
• Proven track record owning function-level KPIs at scale and improving them.
• Strong people leadership with documented bench strength.
• Analytical, structured thinker with an operations roadmap tied to strategy.
• Excellent executive communication across leadership and clients.
• Experience in legal services or regulated operations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 Operations Managers; shape the operations model and scale.
• Ensure SLA, quality, productivity, and cost targets are met.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide operating rhythm and KPIs.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Product, Marketplace, and Legal.
• Prepare successors and build a strategic growth plan.
