The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry and must hold an active Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Active Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to acquire within three months of hire.
• Invest in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts by servicing complex clients and renewing policies.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and deal with insurance underwriters.
• Maintain relationships with clients and assist in claims process management.
