American Family Insurance in Madison, WI, is seeking a customer support professional to assist insureds, clients, advisors and partners. You will continually develop knowledge to provide expected support and maintain key performance indicators in line with company values.

You will handle billing, policy coverage questions, and policy changes across channels, take ownership of requests, and help colleagues grow. Training participation and process improvement are encouraged as part of daily work.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of mathematics (arithmetic, percentages, etc.).
• Experience in a customer service environment (phone, in-person, or contact center).
• Ability to take the lead and guide customers to resolution.
• Unlicensed applicants must provide proof of pre-licensing completion for their state.
