Qualifications

Current state-issued insurance licenses in jurisdictions where clients or prospects are located.
Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licenses.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for client questions and requests.
Lead conversations to identify gaps in coverage and manage accounts.
Present renewal strategies based on client needs and coverage analysis.
Develop and prepare marketing submissions and proposals for new and renewal business.
Deliver service timelines and value propositions during stewardship meetings.
Ensure policy accuracy and alignment with proposed coverages.
Respond to inquiries with a 24-hour turnaround.
Communicate proactively with clients and insurers on coverages, rates, audits, dividends, and billing issues.
