Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Minimum one year of office or customer service experience; required.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls and providing customer support.
• Scheduling appointments and keeping records of interactions.
• Record details of inquiries, complaints and actions taken.
• Follow up on client inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Identify trends in client calls and alert supervisor.
• Research client billing issues and assist New Business Department.
• Handle special projects and other administrative duties.
