Holmes Murphy is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to join the Property Casualty team in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on owning and servicing large, complex accounts, renewing policies, and advising clients on optimal insurance solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service, underwriting, or risk management within insurance, plus a Property Casualty license or ability to obtain one within three months. Great culture and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer service, underwriting or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Active state-specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and lead accounts by servicing the largest and most complex accounts; Client Service Specialist and Client Service Consultant support dependent upon account size.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters; reviews insurance in place and assesses future needs of client.
• Maintains visibility with clients, fostering lasting relationships through professional and technical expertise.
• Prepares client renewal reviews and applications, orders renewals, and completes required documents.
