World Insurance Associates seeks a seasoned professional to lead client service across renewal cycles. You will evaluate exposures, process renewals, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate and timely communications.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive client service in a busy environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Personal Property and Casualty experience, a P&C license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance.
• State Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review renewals and determine accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member.
