Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated specialist to provide full resolution to verbal and written client complaints across centrally supported business units. You will ensure regulatory compliance, professional communication, and accurate intake of complaints from clients and regulatory bodies.

You will serve as a mentor for peers, act as a super user for the Complaint Management System, escalate trends to management, and align with Truist's Mission, Vision and Values.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of high levels of performance in financial services call center, bank operations or retail lending.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong problem resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with off-site management.
• Ability to multitask in high-volume environments.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn platform applications quickly.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide full resolution and response to verbal and written client complaints for centrally supported business units.
• Ensure all client concerns are addressed promptly with professional communication and proper grammar.
• Advance Truist's Mission, Vision and Values in all client interactions related to complaint resolution.
• Serve as a 'super user' for the Complaint Management System and ensure accurate data collection.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations and bank products by completing required training.
• Escalate complaint-related trends to management as needed.
• Lead resolution of complex complaint scenarios with cross-unit coordination.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist manager with daily team support and mentor colleagues.
• Work remotely on Saturdays and in office on other scheduled work days.
