Job summary

Trucordia1 is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex commercial accounts across locations. You will design tailored service plans, lead renewal discussions, and advocate for clients while coordinating with producers to align growth strategies.

Primary responsibilities include managing profitability, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining AMS360 records. Strong licensing in P&C/L&H and CIC/CRM/CPCU certifications are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management for complex commercial accounts.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health products and markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AMS360 or similar agency management system.
• Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H).

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead point of contact and trusted advisor for complex accounts.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations.
• Collaborate with producers to present unified service and growth strategies.
• Manage the renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing and negotiations.
