Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a senior insurance account manager to oversee high-revenue client portfolios across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines. You will lead servicing teams, manage renewals, and advise executives on risk and coverage strategies.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate client programs, and ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation, while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Wealth of experience in insurance account management, 7–10 years.
• Strong knowledge of insurance markets, risk management, and policy structures.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff and coordinate internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead relationship manager for a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts.
• Develop and implement account service strategies aligned to client goals.
• Manage renewals, carrier marketing, coverage negotiations, audits, and claims advocacy.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee internal servicing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present to executives; identify cross-sell opportunities.
