Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an experienced insurance account leader to manage a portfolio of complex, high-revenue clients across P&C and Life & Health lines. You will develop tailored service strategies, oversee renewals, coverage negotiations, and claims advocacy, and act as a trusted advisor to client executives.

You will mentor junior staff, lead cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to optimize programs and cross-sell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of insurance account management experience, with strong P&C and Life & Health track record.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location or industry-specific accounts with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of insurance markets, risk management strategies, and advanced policy structures.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing staff.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and strategic consulting skills.
• Proficient in AMS360 and other relevant tools.
• Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses required; CIC/CRM/CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead relationship manager for a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts across P&C or Life & Health lines.
• Develop and implement account service strategies tailored to client needs and goals.
• Oversee renewals, marketing to carriers, policy audits, and claims advocacy.
• Cultivate trusted advisor status with client executives; advise on risk mitigation and program structure.
• Lead internal servicing teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for program enhancements, cross-selling, and coverage optimization.
• Ensure account documentation integrity in AMS360 and audit readiness.
• Stay informed on insurance trends and market conditions to advise clients.
• Participate in client stewardship meetings, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior account management staff.
