Job summary

Collaborating with producers and practice leaders, you will identify cross-sell opportunities, manage profitability in the book, and ensure AMS360 accuracy while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management for complex commercial accounts.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health products, markets, and strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems.
• Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H).
• Certifications CIC, CRM, CPCU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of complex commercial accounts.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations with expert advisement.
• Collaborate with producers and practice leaders to present unified service and growth strategies.
• Manage renewal processes from strategy to execution, including marketing, proposals, and policy negotiations.
