Job summary

Cox in United States is seeking a Client Relationship Manager III to optimize national fleet operations and drive client growth. You will lead high-touch service, maintain strong client partnerships, and work cross-functionally to deliver SOPs and best practices.

The role requires 6+ years in client relationships or related fields, 3+ years managing national accounts, and expertise in fleet operations. Base salary is generous with incentive potential, located in Cherryville, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years in client relationship management, account management, fleet operations, or related field.
• 3+ years managing complex national accounts or enterprise clients.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with internal stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing operational and financial data to drive outcomes.
• Fleet management/transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for national clients to ensure relationships, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Deliver high-touch service focusing on operational excellence to meet client expectations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain client programs, SOPs, and best practices.
• Act as SME in operations; collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
• Lead client and cross-functional calls; communicate priorities and updates.
• Proactively share status updates, improvements, and product changes with clients.
• Coordinate resolution of critical issues with transparent communication.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, identify gaps and risks, and propose improvements.
• Review processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Adhere to procedural controls, KPIs, and reporting standards.
