Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a senior Client Relationship Manager in the United States to serve as the primary contact for national clients, build strong relationships, and deliver high-touch, operationally focused service. You will develop and maintain client programs, SOPs, and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Communications, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 6+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, fleet operations, customer success, operations management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing complex client relationships, national accounts, or enterprise-level customers
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
• Experience analyzing operational and financial data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national clients
• Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support long-term retention
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove service with a strong operational focus
• Develop, implement, and maintain client programs, services, SOPs, and operational best practices
• Act as an operations subject matter expert and collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs
• Lead client and cross-functional calls with clear communication, operational updates, and priority alignment
• Communicate operational status updates, service enhancements, and product improvements to clients
• Coordinate and manage resolution of critical client issues from discovery through remediation
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify service deficiencies, process gaps, and operational risks
• Review processes and recommend improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience
• Ensure adherence to procedural controls, performance metrics, and reporting standards
• Support Cox Automotive's objective of driving client growth and retention through operational partnerships
