Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year banking, sales, or related experience; 6+ months selling products/services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration at employment time through NMLS; meet qualification in 3 months.
• Notary Public designation; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank products/services across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling complex service and relationship needs in a banking center.
• Make in-depth financial recommendations and cross-sell across products.
• Open consumer and business accounts and process loan applications with accuracy.
• Lead and support sales management processes and team mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and operational controls.
