Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1+ year banking, sales, or related experience.
• 6+ months experience selling products or services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by handling complex service and relationship needs.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications with accuracy.
• Drive sales and refer clients to additional banking products and services.
• Mentor and support teammates to uphold sales and service standards.
