Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year banking, sales, or related experience and at least 6 months selling products/services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by handling complex service and relationship needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor by discussing clients’ financial situations and recommending integrated solutions across product lines.
• Lead and support relationship development to meet sales goals and service metrics.
• Maintain accurate client records to support relationship management and compliance.
• Perform and oversee complex transactions with accuracy and internal controls.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications with high accuracy.
