Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager for our client in the Finance & Insurance space. The role focuses on managing strategic client relationships across large, complex retirement accounts and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence and retention.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in retirement industry experience and 7–10 years in client relationship management, with the ability to present to C-level executives and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of retirement industry experience.
• 7–10 years of direct client relationship management experience.
• ASPPA or CEBS certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication, including executive-level presentations.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level decision makers and plan administrators.
• Work across business lines to meet client expectations.
• Act as a liaison between intermediaries/producers and the client.
• Participate in the RFP response and onboarding process.
• Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring timely service deliverables.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Compile data and track communications to enhance the client experience.
