You will assess banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver excellent service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions.
• Assess clients’ banking needs and educate on products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
