Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• May obtain notary authorization.
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance; run teller drawer as needed.
• Engage clients via calls and conversations to deepen relationships.
• Meet sales, service, and referral goals through collaboration with team and district.
• Provide digital assistance and stay updated on bank products and procedures.
