Job summary

First American is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to establish and deliver training and demonstrations for Specialty Markets clients. You will assess customer needs, customize presentations, and deliver training at client sites, often traveling as needed.

You will liaise with offshore support, influence process improvements, test alpha software from a customer perspective, and develop client-facing materials like PowerPoint and Excel templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in mortgage or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer training and product demonstrations.
• Deliver training at customer sites, often traveling.
• Liaise with offshore teams and influence policies/procedures.
• Test alpha software and provide customer perspective input.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop customer facing materials (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Participate in client meetings addressing escalations.
• Lead cross functional meetings to resolve issues.
