Job summary

First American is seeking a customer service professional for its mortgage servicing operations. You will resolve inquiries, analyze accounts, and document interactions to ensure accuracy and timely solutions.

In this role based in Jacksonville, FL, you will work Monday–Friday with evening shifts, complete a three-week training, and participate in background and credit checks. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Research and analyze mortgage account information across systems.
• Document customer interactions with clear and thorough notes.
• Assist with billing questions and coordinate with relevant departments.
