First American is seeking an experienced professional to establish and maintain relationships with Specialty Markets clients and deliver comprehensive customer service from routine to complex issues. The role involves training, technical support, and collaboration with offshore teams to drive process improvements and ensure client success.

You will analyze customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn custom applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of directly relevant work experience; mortgage or insurance preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct independent research.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer training and product demonstrations, customizing content to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to train entry-level staff and influence policies and procedures.
• Recommend process improvements and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer systems (Zendesk, Valon).
• Participate in client meetings addressing escalations at various levels.
• Develop customer-facing materials (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to guide client use of our services.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and report activity to clients and internal partners.
