Juniper in Florida seeks a Client Relations Manager to liaison with clients, set expectations, and ensure satisfaction for landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Jacksonville or Saint Augustine markets, with responsibility for growing existing accounts and securing new clients.

The role requires strong communication, market insight, and networking to drive sales and maintain high client service standards across ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations and sales, preferably in landscaping or similar field.
• Ability to forecast market trends and manage client expectations.
• Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow existing client business and secure new clients.
• Set and manage expectations with clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with client decision makers on deadlines, pricing, and follow-up.
• Prepare estimates with all job info and deadlines.
• Turn over contracted work to operations with plans, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Communicate with operations to ensure clear client understanding across projects.
• Report weekly on sales activity and forecast market needs.
