Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Client Relations Manager to act as the liaison between Juniper and our landscaping clients, ensuring expectations are met. The ideal candidate will be based in the Jacksonville and Saint Augustine FL markets and excel at growing existing accounts and securing new clients.

Responsibilities include managing DM-level communications, guiding scope changes, and delivering accurate estimates.

• Sense of urgency in responding to client requests and follow-ups.
• Clear internal and external communication when scope or deadlines change.
• Active networking to promote Juniper’s brand and secure opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client business and secure new clients.
• Set & manage expectations with clients and DM level stakeholders.
• Build strong, favorable relationships with clients.
• Coordinate communications with DMs about deadlines, pricing and follow-up.
• Turn over contracted work to operations with plans, proposals, budgets & schedules.
• Report on sales and forecast market demand weekly.
