Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Client Relations Manager to liaison between Juniper and clients for landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, gather project details, and hand off contracts with clear budgets and schedules.

Based in Jacksonville/Saint Augustine markets, you will coordinate across teams to meet client expectations and drive sales. Responsibility includes reporting weekly on pipeline, forecasts, and market conditions, while maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Urgency in client response and follow-up.
• Excellent internal and external communication during changes.
• Ability to report market and client status with forecast insight.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing clients and secure new ones.
• Set and manage client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with DMs about deadlines and pricing.
• Communicate scope changes and deadlines to DMs.
• Gather accurate information for estimating and scheduling.
• Hand off contracted work with plans, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure operations have correct client contacts and expectations.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and report potential/secured sales.
• Create forecasts for market demand.
