Job summary

Alter Domus, a leading provider in the alternative investment space, seeks a Senior Associate for Private Credit Collateral Administration in the Chicago area. You will ensure cash reconciliations are delivered to clients, review daily reporting, and timely trade input while supporting client onboarding.

With 4+ years in finance and strong Excel skills, you’ll also help train staff, improve processes, and manage invoice delivery and client deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a business or finance-related capacity.
• Solid Excel skills and ability to work in a high-volume data-entry environment.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and loan research tools is a plus.
• Experience in CLO compliance and Waterfall modeling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash reconciliation is sent to the client.
• Review and approve daily reporting.
• Ensure input and review occur and trades are input in a timely fashion.
• Assist with new client onboarding.
• Coordinate with client on daily deliverables and expectations.
• Oversee training and development of staff.
• Own the invoice process from request to client delivery.
• Meet timeframes and deliverables with clients and trustees.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks with high attention to detail.
