Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a senior client success professional to own the hardest client situations, drive retention, and recover commercial momentum in a fully remote role.

You will diagnose root causes, reset expectations with founders, lead strategic advisory sessions, and translate client reality into actionable feedback for delivery teams.

You will build scalable escalation frameworks and contribute to playbooks that reduce risk across the portfolio, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, consulting, or senior operations in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing complex, escalated accounts with recovery outcomes.
• Experience advising founders or C-suite and influencing decisions under pressure.
• Background in growth strategy, sales systems, or delivery operations.
• Exposure to B2B sales or outbound go-to-market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest client situations from signal to resolution with structured thinking.
• Diagnose root causes and build interventions for at-risk engagements.
• Lead high-stakes conversations with founders and C-suite to reset expectations.
• Maintain meticulous case records for accountability and pattern recognition.
• Develop recovery plans addressing root causes and execute at pace.
• Identify opportunities to expand within at-risk accounts and close growth.
• Lead advisory sessions, providing direct guidance on offer, pipeline, and execution.
• Translate client reality into actionable feedback for internal teams.
• Contribute to escalation frameworks and retention playbooks for scale.
