AI Acquisition is seeking a Client Relationship & Retention Specialist to own complex customer situations with risk of disengagement, cancellation, or loss of trust. You will investigate the full journey, identify root causes, and work with customers to regain confidence and move forward.

This is a high-accountability, client-facing role requiring strong judgment, confident phone communication, and the ability to diagnose problems and coordinate across internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales / customer retention roles.
• Strong conversational influence and call-control skills.
• Ability to build rapport with frustrated or skeptical customers.
• Comfortable leading difficult, emotionally charged conversations.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of at-risk customer cases involving dissatisfaction, disengagement, cancellation, refund concerns, or loss of confidence.
• Contact assigned customers quickly by telephone and use SMS and email when appropriate.
• Review the customer journey to understand history, context, and potential issues.
• Speak directly with customers by phone and build trust quickly.
• Diagnose blockers and identify the true root cause of issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate additional support when required.
• Lead calm, confident resolution and de-escalation conversations.
• Maintain ownership of the customer relationship through resolution.
