Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Sr. Client Partner, Growth & AI Augmented to drive enterprise relationship expansion across IMDA clients. You will leverage AI to accelerate research, POVs, meeting prep, competitive analysis, stakeholder mapping, and narrative structuring.

You will lead growth initiatives, build a future-forward pipeline, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation strategies. Remote/hybrid options available in the USA.

Qualifications

• AI-native way of working and growth mindset are essential.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate growth and client engagement.
• Proven track record in executive relationship leadership and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead account growth by expanding footprint into new businesses and stakeholders.
• Hunt for growth inside accounts; map whitespace and shape opportunities.
• Grow AI and data work across clients from first idea to signed engagement.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to client priorities and Valtech capabilities.
• Use AI to identify whitespace, market movements, org-chart opportunities and cross-industry insights.
• Shape opportunities proactively rather than reactively responding to client requests.
