Job summary

Valtech is seeking a growth-minded Client Partner to expand enterprise relationships across a portfolio in the Industrials, Manufacturing, Distribution and Agriculture client group. You’ll leverage AI to research, hunt for growth, prepare for client conversations and deliver value.

You will lead executive relationships, shape account strategy and orchestrate cross-practice workstreams while mentoring teams to adopt AI-powered ways of working.

Qualifications

• Daily use of AI to accelerate research, insights, prep, outreach and narrative development.
• AI central to how you hunt for growth inside an account, not an add-on.
• Experience using tools like Copilot, Storyblocks, ChatGPT/Claude, LinkedIn Sales Insights, etc.
• Clear ability to describe workflows where AI increased speed, quality or pipeline creation.
• Curiosity to keep testing new AI tools and bring what works to your team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead account growth by expanding Valtech’s footprint into new lines of business and new stakeholders.
• Hunt for growth inside accounts and shape opportunities before the client asks.
• Grow AI and data work across clients from first idea to signed engagement.
• Build and maintain a robust, future-forward pipeline aligned to client priorities.
• Use AI-driven synthesis to inform account strategy and stakeholder mapping.
• Align SMEs, delivery teams and leadership around a unified plan.
