The ideal candidate has 10+ years in high-growth account management, offshore experience, and a proven ability to deliver client value and profitable growth, with executive-level engagement and partnership building.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years or more managing High Growth accounts and building $10M+ new business.
• 10 years or more offshore experience.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Proven track record of client satisfaction and growth.
• Executive engagement with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts and drive organic growth.
• Lead client service teams in a matrixed environment.
• Manage contracts, pricing, profitability and forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposal content and strategy.
