BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations in Los Angeles, CA to join the team and help shape client service strategies. The role requires in-office presence four days a week and offers exposure to a global financial services environment.

You will lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate client feedback into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree or FINRA licenses or professional certifications preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience; securities brokerage experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities
