Job summary

BNY seeks a Senior Associate, Client Operations to join our Lake Mary, Florida team. This role focuses on delivering excellent client service, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring compliant, accurate reporting to clients.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, drive process improvements, and act as a primary liaison for key clients while upholding regulatory standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience in an operational area and/or client services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Subaccounting and/or Brokerage experience a plus.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Operations to join our team. The position is located in Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office per week).

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
