Job summary

BNY Mellon in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join our Client Service team. The role focuses on resolving complex client issues and ensuring timely service delivery in a high-touch environment.

You will work with external clients, analyze information, and contribute to improvements while leveraging BNY Mellon products and services. This position emphasizes collaboration and customer-centric outcomes in a dynamic financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of client issues, BNY Mellon products and services, and ability to contribute to business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
• Supports clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
• Applies advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information and deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
• Proactively assists clients in reviewing potential business needs, resolves complex or non-routine client issues, and contributes to process improvements.
