Job summary

CVS Health, operating through its Signify Health business unit, seeks a remote-embedded operations support specialist to manage member journey processes, client communications, and meeting documentation for health-plan accounts.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, capture action items, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries while maintaining data integrity across profiles and tracking sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, operations management or related field.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered instead of a formal degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, client support, or administrative account coordination.
• Direct client-facing experience with a focus on clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel for organization and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI) is a plus.
• Proven track record in meeting administration across internal and external calls (agenda preparation, detailed note-taking, and action item tracking).
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and organizing data using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME and operational owner for member journey processes and client collateral, guiding clients through process requirements, implementing updates, resolving inquiries, tracking items.
• Own end-to-end meeting documentation for client-facing calls and internal syncs, including agendas, decks, minutes, and action items.
• Capture, document, and track open items and deliverables from client meetings and emails.
• Manage routine client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to gather information and respond timely.
• Coordinate intake, routing, and client-facing resolution of member grievances.
• Partner with Production, Business Analysts, Data Relationship Managers to maintain workflow alignment.
• Document and communicate client nuances within profiles, accounts, and tracking sheets.
• Serve as backup coverage for Client Success Manager/Executive or COO as needed.
• Serve as primary account contact for smaller accounts or lines of business.
