Job summary

CVS Health, within Signify Health, seeks an experienced Operations & Client Support professional for remote account coordination. You will support client success executives, manage meetings, and ensure timely responses across large health plan accounts.

You will coordinate client communications, document deliverables, and maintain workflows while collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries and keep priorities aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care, operations management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of relevant operations, client support, or account coordination experience.
• Direct client-facing experience with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel for organization and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI) is a plus.
• Proven track record in meeting administration (agenda, minutes, action items).
• Experience reviewing and organizing data using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and operational owner for member journey processes and client collateral.
• Own end-to-end meeting documentation: agendas, decks, minutes, action items.
• Capture, document, and track open items from client meetings and emails.
• Handle routine client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.
• Coordinate intake, routing, and resolution of member grievances.
• Partner with internal teams to keep workflows moving and align on priorities.
• Document client nuances in profiles and tracking sheets.
• Provide backup coverage for Client Success Manager/COO as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for smaller accounts or lines of business.
