Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Senior Client Operations Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large client projects. You will coordinate with Directors, Client Engagement Managers, and client teams to translate goals into deliverables, monitor risk, and ensure quality.

You will mentor Client Operations Managers and oversee billing while driving process improvements using Axis, SSRS, and related tools. 10–20% travel may be required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large or complex client projects, turning objectives into deliverables and quality outcomes.
• Partner with Directors, Client Engagement Managers, internal teams, and clients to define goals and support execution.
• Compile and validate project materials (store lists, target lists, product lists, billing codes, IDs, documents).
• Create and load projects in Axis per rules, timelines, and quality standards.
• Train and support Field Support agents and internal stakeholders on requirements and processes.
• Monitor field execution, identify risks, and take proactive action to meet specifications.
• Pull and analyze reporting from Axis, SSRS, and related systems to develop insights and updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate invoicing by validating billing details and coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to Client Operations Managers and Coordinators.
• Act as SME for Axis rules, Project Based Billing, Billing Portal, Fulfillment, DCSMs, and related workflows.
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
