Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to oversee training and implementation for key clients and to develop strategic relationships with clients within the Business Process Solutions framework. You will mentor associates, assume supervisory duties in the director’s absence, and manage a strategic client portfolio as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and trade promotion systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee training and implementation of Client Solutions Manager functions for selected key Clients.
Maintain and develop strategic client relationships and act as a clearinghouse for client requests.
Train and mentor Client Solutions associates on policies and procedures.
Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Director, Client Solutions.
Manage a strategic client portfolio as an individual contributor.
Communicate client information and requirements within the organization and with the Sales team.
