Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to oversee training and implementation for key Clients, develop strategic relationships, and act as a central contact for client requests. The role includes supervising in the Director's absence, mentoring associates, and contributing to new business in collaboration with Sales and Business Managers.

The candidate will manage a strategic client portfolio, communicate effectively across levels, and support marketing and education initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with client relationships and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Client Solutions associates on policies and procedures.
• Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Director, Client Solutions.
• Assist Director, Client Solutions by assuming additional Client Solutions Manager responsibilities.
• Manage a strategic client portfolio as an individual contributor.
• Effectively communicates client information and requirements within the organization.
