Job summary

Acosta seeks a Senior Client Operations Manager to lead large-scale client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and clients. You will ensure accurate delivery and client satisfaction while guiding operations managers and coordinators.

You will provide operational guidance on key systems and processes, lead special projects, and drive continuous improvement in execution quality and billing accuracy.

• Strong ability to manage large projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with clear updates and risk reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and with clients, field teams, and internal partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large or complex client projects, translating objectives into deliverables and quality outcomes.
• Partner with Directors, Client Engagement Managers, internal teams and clients to define requirements and support execution.
• Compile and validate project materials and load projects in Axis according to guidelines and timelines.
• Train and support Field Support agents and internal stakeholders on requirements and processes.
• Monitor field execution, identify risks, and take proactive action to ensure work aligns with specifications.
• Pull and analyze reporting from Axis, SSRS, and related systems to inform insights and updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing by validating billing details and coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to Client Operations Managers and Coordinators to support delivery.
• Serve as SME for critical operational processes and tools (Axis rules, Billing, Fulfillment workflows).
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives including scorecard reviews and compliance training.
