Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an SME in Global Delivery to own client onboarding on the SaaS platform. You will collaborate with analysts, team leads, and program managers to accelerate delivery and apply domain expertise in Solvency II, derivatives, and alternatives.

You will guide peers, work with product and development teams, and design training materials while building scalable onboarding processes for diverse clients globally.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and onboarding clients on a SaaS platform.
• Strong domain knowledge in investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Expertise in equities, fixed income, and structured products.
• Proven ability to leverage Excel for financial analysis.
• Experience with GL systems (Workday/PeopleSoft) and period-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clearwater Way guided client implementation and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions within team.
• Guide peers on industry knowledge and best practices.
• Develop expertise in specific markets/regulatory regimes (e.g., Solvency II, US insurance).
• Handle financial accounting and investment statements using dashboards and reports.
• Be an expert in Clearwater core offerings: Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance reports.
• Collaborate with a global team to resolve client inquiries accurately.
• Create training materials and SOPs; contribute to thought leadership and whitepapers.
• Act as trusted client advocate and advisor.
• Influence project stakeholders with clear solutions.
• Strategize with product management to streamline onboarding and develop scalable processes.
