Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to build strong client relationships and manage reporting and operational performance for large insurers, asset managers, and corporations. You will oversee daily engagement, accuracy of reporting, and delivery standards across clients, mentoring analysts and coordinating client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field or relevant experience in Investment Management, Insurance, FinTech, Investment Accounting, Financial Services, or Investment Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or investment accounting.
• Knowledge of structured products, derivatives, and fixed-income securities preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the fulfillment of accurate daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting support and service for clients.
• Manage client engagement model and client health reporting.
• Ensure quality servicing and operational performance within delivery standards.
• Coordinate and resolve daily client inquiries and projects with internal teams and clients.
• Develop client relationships and expand network within client organizations.
• Strategic planning of service delivery to drive usage and reduce downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support and identify opportunities for expanded service.
