The SME collaborates with analysts, team leads, and program managers to streamline client onboarding, enhance product offerings, and accelerate delivery through scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in implementations or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to onboard clients and manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implements and onboards clients proficiently on Clearwater’s SaaS platform.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and leads implementations.
• Guides peers and shares industry knowledge with the team.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to expeditite delivery timelines.
• Develops training materials and SOPs for scalable processes.
