Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks an experienced Global Delivery SME to onboard new clients onto Clearwater’s SaaS platform and provide deep domain expertise in Solvency II, derivatives, and fixed income. You will drive scalable onboarding, collaborate with analysts, team leads, and program managers, and influence product strategy with insights.

You will guide peers, prepare training materials and SOPs, and act as a trusted client advisor, leveraging strong Excel skills and financial market experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in related field.
• Advanced knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of equities, fixed income and structured products.
• Proven Excel proficiency and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with GL systems (Workday/PeopleSoft) and period-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implement Clearwater Way methodologies.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance onboarding.
• Identify improvements and lead solution development within their role.
• Develop training materials and SOPs and share knowledge across teams.
• Serve as trusted client advocate and address inquiries efficiently.
