Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an SME to lead client onboarding and implementations for its SaaS platform in a rapidly evolving global delivery environment.

You will collaborate with analysts, team leads and program managers, strategizing with product and development teams to enhance onboarding, reduce delivery times, and establish repeatable processes. Strong expertise in investment accounting and regulatory regimes is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in project management tools (Clarizen, Salesforce, JIRA) and Clearwater tools/skills.
• Advanced knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of equities, fixed income, and structured products.
• Proven history of proficient Excel use.
• Dynamic problem-solving skills and curiosity.
• Securities or financial markets experience, especially derivatives, alternatives, or fixed income.
• Advanced experience with General Ledger systems (Workday, Peoplesoft) and period-end close.
• Advanced project management and leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation and onboarding using Clearwater Way methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead solutions within the team.
• Coach peers on industry knowledge and evolving Clearwater capabilities.
• Apply Clearwater’s value proposition across markets and regulatory regimes.
• Manage financial accounting and investment statements using dashboards and reports.
• Develop and share best-practice SOPs and training materials.
• Serve as a trusted client advocate and advisor.
• Influence stakeholders with clear solutions for requirements.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to streamline onboarding and scale processes.
