• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects within Clearwater Way.
• Collaborate with analysts, leads, and program managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive scalable process solutions.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for standardized client delivery.
• Serve as a trusted client advocate and assist with product/engagement decisions.
• Coordinate with product management to enhance onboarding experience and reduce timeframes.
