Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks an Implementation Associate to support onboarding of new clients to our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with clients and Clearwater teams to assess requirements and tailor solutions for accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting needs.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding, delivering client training, and communicating project status and risks. You will address issues, manage relationships, and apply best practices to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates deep understanding of Clearwater's value proposition and communicates it to clients.
• Onboards clients onto Clearwater's platform.
• Conducts training sessions to enable client proficiency with the platform.
• Communicates project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders effectively.
• Troubleshoots and resolves client issues during implementation.
• Manages client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the implementation.
• Provides consultancy to align client goals with project plans.
• Escalates risks and issues to the Project Manager as needed.
• Applies best practices to complete tasks and earn trust through timely responses.
