Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is growing fast and seeking a client-focused professional to manage servicing workflows for commercial lines across US regions. You will process applications, endorsements, renewals, and client inquiries, while coordinating with Producers to ensure seamless coverage and proactive service.

The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of Property & Casualty, strong communication skills, and experience with Agency Management Systems, plus a valid California license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two or more years experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• California Property & Casualty License required; valid driver license.
• Proficient with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Processes applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, audit requests, agency billing, and other servicing items for clients across regions.
• Assists clients with policy coverages and questions; reviews coverages for gaps and needs.
• Collaborates with Producers to service clients and address requests.
• Renews and retains assigned accounts; conducts renewal process with Producers for best options.
• Provides clients with additional coverage options and maintains files in systems.
